▶ Supplier invoices are captured (local and international) as well as travel or digital expenses, these are reconciled with your bank transactions using a customised chart of accounts tailored to your business.
▶ From there, we prepare and review ageing of receivables and payables to support cash-flow decisions and operational planning.

Business Performance Metrics & Reporting
▶ We take the information from bookkeeping and system enhancements and place it into a month-end closure of financial statements - Bank reconciliation report, age receivables, age payables, balance sheet & profit & loss reports.
These are then presented and reviewed with the client to confirm accuracy, make improvements as well as track prior defined metrics.
Decision Making
▶ Using data points collected on month-end closing procedures, cashflow, Operating metrics and campaigns.

▶ We assess and review the systems used by your company including CRM, supplier management systems & operational systems to identify any improvements which can be made to reduce operating inefficiencies.

Corporate Secretarial, Tax & Compliance Support
▶ Tax planning around PAYE, VAT, corporate income tax (CIT), provisional tax & personal tax

Client's are advised on the tax around company transactions and the taxes mentioned above. Administration is kept up to date and organised in files for easy retrieval
